Testimonials

Absolutely loved everything about them.

Always on top of the case and made sure I was satisfied with their work which I absolutely was! Would definitely recommend them to any one and will further use them.

Alexis was very helpful in working through the process of my situation.

I am very grateful that I retained her to represent me. She is a true professional in this industry. I would highly recommend Alexis Martin.

Alexis Martin is a very highly skilled and talented attorney.

I retained Caffarelli & Associates to represent me in my action against my former employer.

Where I served as general counsel, and against its chief executive officer personally. Over the course of the approximately two years Alex Caffarelli represented me, it became very clear that he knows his way around employment law.

My expectations in arbitration were not that great against my former employer.

that was represented by a large law firm, but my award exceeded $1 million, including all the penalties available to me under Illinois employment law. By no means was this result assured or even likely.

I have many experiences dealing with attorneys over a variety of situations.

Hands down Mr. Caffarelli is the BEST. From the beginning of the process to the final negotiations Mr. Caffarelli was professional, respectful and very helpful in guiding me through the labor laws in Chicago.

Mr. Caffarelli assisted me through a horrible experience with a former employer who fought me every step of the lawsuit process.

His professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic showed that it is possible for a single individual (myself) can get justice even against a large company...
